Townsend MA Residents Only Memo

TOWNSEND RESIDENTS ONLY MEMO:

Townsend, MA voted in the policy for residents to "pay as they go" for trash collection. We have received numerous calls this morning, so to clarify: This means as of October 1st residents will need to purchase the purple bags from the town for $3.50 a bag and recycling will remain free and included.

If you are considering signing your residency up for private collection please give our office a call at 1-800-649-7419. We would love to continue to serve the residents of Townsend in a way that works best for each family. We have served Townsend for a number of years and look forward to our continued partnership.
